About Leaderboard Systems

Leaderboard Systems was originally created as a tournament management application used by both the Men's and Ladies Golf Clubs at the Grff Harris Golf Course in Greenwich, Connecticut. Since launching in 2018, it has expanded significantly both in terms of its scope and the number of leagues using the system.

Leaderboard supports all the common tournament formats for both individual and team play:
  • Stroke Play
  • Best Ball
  • Scramble
  • Stableford
  • Matchplay
  • Alternate Shot
In addition, there are many other variations on these basic formats, including:
  • Pinehurst
  • Throw Out
  • Odd/Even
  • Rotation
  • Select Holes
  • and more...
New tournament formats are easily added to the system.
Tee Times

Leaderboard comes with a fully featured tee time management module. Tee sheets are highly configurable by club administrators and can handle a number of different scenarios (multiple tournaments, tees, flights etc). When members sign up for tee times they receive email confirmations as well as copies of the full tee sheet and alphabetical start times. This information can also be forwarded to club officers, pro-shop / starter as required.

Membership Renewals

Leaderboard helps clubs manage both membership renewals and the onboarding of new members. Clubs can accept credit card payments which allows for a completely paperless process. More traditional membership forms and payments by check are also supported.

Leaderboard is fully integrated with the USGA's Data Services.

The Leaderboard Systems website is hosted on AWS (Amazon Cloud) which is a highly reliable and fast platform.

All of the common pages on the website have been designed to work well on all modern browsers (Chrome, Microsoft Edge, FireFox, Safari) and all device sizes from Smartphones, to Tablets, to Laptops and Desktop PCs.
